This is a manipulation of a photo taken inside the Nobel Peace Institute. I messed with the original in Photoshop using Flaming Pear filters to achieve a couple of the effects. Often it just turns out looking like you did exactly that. I think this one maybe just avoids that label....you may diagree of course!
