This is the lead singer, violinist, guitarist from Hayseed Dixie who played in Oslo last week. They play a brand of Bluegrass I like to call Speedgrass, doing covers of well-known heavy metal tracks such as Ace of Spades, Back in Black, Black Dog and Heighway to Hell.
